 I understand that most of us are very anxious about the way we have to be confined at home due to this lockdown and how this corona has become a threat for our lives. But we also understand how to break the chain and to follow the social distancing is very important and that is why this is an appeal that each one of us follows it very religiously. I am very proud of our Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi Ji, who has taken a very timely step to keep us all in a very safe zone. Our gratitude goes to the team of Doctors, Nurses, all health workers, health and sanitation workers and yes of course the Police forces who have been working day and night beyond the call of duty not even caring for themselves and their families and to fight corona for us. It is our duty to contribute in this endeavor. We must keep ourselves indoors. We must keep ourselves positive, avoid negativity, avoid rumors, wash our hands frequently with soap and water, help our children understand the importance of sanitization and at the same time we must spend quality time with our family members. Most of us are addicted to our jobs and we felt that family could wait but overnight our priorities seem to have shifted, we understand now that all our families needed was our time and now we have the time to give them quality time. They didn’t need the expensive gift that we could buy for them. We can see the smile; we can see the bonding that we are able to create. The best way we can spend time at home is to be with the children, play with them, chum with them, bond with them, cook meals with them, follow and pursue our lost hobbies, and at the same time do some creative work. Children need to be taught empathy. Children are learning resilience. Children can also learn from workshop at home now which we can call a classroom at home where we teach them those life skills which will help them tide over this crisis and any other crisis that they might face later in the life. They need to be very good at communication skills, collaboration, critical thinking, and creative thinking and when the whole family comes together; they would be able to learn a lot of values that we can ingrain in them. So let us all be together, be safe and learn a few more things. This is the time to reunite. This is the time for reliving, rejuvenating, refreshing and this is the time for actually making our life come alive again. Let us join hands against this virus. Let us fight this virus together and understand that this is a very important time of our lives which is going to alter our lives forever. Let us have faith in this generation they are going to come out as better human beings and good fighters. They are going to make a brighter world for all of us to live in. God bless. Stay safe.
